List2move® is owned and operated by Roxwell Properties, Inc. of Rochester, NY. With almost 20 years of real estate experience, we were the first brokerage in Western New York to offer flat fee internet access to the Realtor MLS and a la carte Realtor services at flat fee pricing. We initiated the concept of Broker Assisted Realty in Rochester and Buffalo and continue to offer the best in value and services to sellers and buyers interested in saving money selling and buying real estate in our area. Our broker is a New York State Licensed Broker and recipient of the GRAR Sales Master Gold Award and a New York State Certified Real Estate Instructor. We are committed to helping our clients with every aspect of the buying and selling process... while helping them to save thousands of dollars in commissions along the way!
Eight hundred MLS databases exist throughout the United States. Our fully automated, data-driven, website ensures effective transitioning from one local MLS region to another. Broker/Entrepreneurs operating their own List2Move site can take advantage of IT set-up and IT continual support. Free coaching is also available from the owner of the original List2Move.
Our site allows home sellers to access the MLS database without the traditional realtor commissions. Sellers log on and begin to build their listings by filling in the Profile Form. After signing (by electronic signatures) necessary paperwork, they are able to upload the photos of their homes. Sellers are offered a host of realtor options and services that they pay for during the check-out process. Even our professional yard sign is delivered through a local service. The entire process may take the average home seller 30 minutes or so. List2Move is alerted by email and text that a new registration/listing purchase has come through and pass along the information to our own local MLS accordingly. The entire process takes 15 minutes or so. Never is there a listing appointment, never are their papers to fax back and forth, never is there the need to drive out and plant a sign. List2Move is fully automated! We are a virtual office company! No bricks, no mortar! A computer, phone, and file cabinet are the only “office” List2Move owners need to begin their own local Limited Service Brokerage!
New Brokers are able to decide for themselves which services and products they will offer to consumers within their own territories. They are also able to name their own fees associated with them. This offers Brokers the freedom and control that the owner of any business deserves. Who better to name services and fees than those operating within a specific territory!
