HOW IT WORKS
The efficiency of the List2Move website is what makes it so effective for both home sellers and Brokers! All of the information passed along from the seller to the Broker, and then, from the Broker to their own regional MLS, is done through and by the List2Move website.
More and more sellers are combing the internet in the quest of finding Realtors that offer Limited Service MLS access. What better way to attract them by having your own site pop up during the initial search?! Upon arriving at the List2Move.com website – sellers find tutorials to guide them through the selling process and learn that they can list their homes with you on the MLS right from the convenience of their own computer! No appointments for them to sit through, no endless paperwork, no running to the hardware store to purchase FSBO signs. All ordered products come right to their door!
Sellers register and create an account that they will then use to access throughout the selling process. They then are able to begin building their listing by filling in information regarding their home on the Profile Form. Each Profile Form is tailored to its own local MLS database. After completing the Profile Form, sellers are able to download photos of their home. (No running out to take pictures of a client’s home ever again!) After their photos are uploaded, sellers can purchase products and services. (Realtor lockboxes, open house signs, video services, ect.) Once they are through the process of listing, sellers electronically sign the necessary paperwork and check-out utilizing their credit card. It is that simple!
As soon as clients have checked out, Brokers are alerted through an email or text message. This means that you can be anywhere and know that you have just received a new listing.
Brokers responding to their new listing have it just as easy! Information from the Profile Form is transferred into the MLS, photos are uploaded, and if you include a sign, a sign order is sent out to your local installer. It is really that simple. When clients hold open houses, they log into their account, pay the open house fee and Brokers again are alerted by email and text.
Once sellers accept a contract on their home, they log back into their account in order to pass along the information to the MLS. The same holds true for the closing process. Any change to a listing comes through as an email so that Brokers can keep current the MLS information regarding them.
