Is this a franchise?
No, we wanted to give you maximum flexibility with with maximum opportunity for profits, and we did not want to burden you with large capital outlays.
How do you make your money?
We lease out our infrastructure to affiliates for a low monthly fee.
Can we sell advertising?
Yes.
Will there be add on feature upgrades we can choose from?
We will be adding feature requests to the site as modules and if that module appeals to you may lease it for a small add on monthly fee.
Will you be maintaining our sites?
Yes we will be growing together, as a network. As newer technologies evolve we will all benefit from the group upgrades that add value to our position in the marketplace.
What if I want a site and not be part of your network?
Please register and we can talk about it.
Will you be selling national advertising on our site?
Yes we do maintain the right to add a national advertisers to our sites.
Will you be setting up our hosting, merchant accounts and customizing the database to our MLS?
Yes we will be hosting all accounts; we will set up your merchant accounts but they will be maintained by you, and we will be customizing your database to your MLS.
What if I want to add some different features on my site?
Let us know what you want to do and we can certainly look at the costs of making it happen.
How many profile forms can I get?
We start with the residential form which is included, but you can add forms as you go for an additional fee.
