The List2Move business model offers Brokers options regarding the type of services they are looking to provide their clients. Some of these options include:

Full Time Brokerage:

Those Brokers with an established office can add an MLS Access Service to their Full Service practice. Consumers appreciate knowing that their Broker (Full or Limited Service) is an experienced and reputable local Broker.  Your advice and coaching throughout the Limited Service process is rewarded by word of mouth referrals, just as it is with Full Service clients. Clients can list their home on your website at anytime of the day or night. Your job entails passing along their information to your local MLS, and with our automated database driven website, that just takes a few minutes.  If clients are unable to sell their home By Owner, and looking to upgrade to Full Service, you have already gained their trust and respect through the relationship that has been established listing their home for them under a Limited Service Agreement.  It would be up to you if you wanted to capture buyer leads from the signs, and your affiliate List2Move website.


Part Time Brokerage:

Many agents wish to work from home and work only part time.  The reasons are many.  Some stay home with their kids, some are retired, some plain just work to keep active. Whatever the reasons, List2Move makes working from home a reality because List2Move is data-based and driven. A home computer, cell phone and a file cabinet are the only requirements. Virtual offices equal a competitive edge that many Brokers saddled with bricks and motar just can't discount!  Working from home never made so much sense!


Buyers Agency: 

Many states allow for Buying Agency rebates. For those in states that do, Brokers may offer whatever rebate they deem profitable. We at List2Move.com in Rochester, NY offer 50% buying agency commissions to buyers who utilize our Limited Services buying agency.  We offer this service to those wishing to purchase homes at or above a $250,000 price point as homes priced less are not as profitable for this type of business model.  Brokers who wish to participate in this program are able to set their own parameters and guidelines.  Those buyers in our area that choose to work with us under this program find the homes that they would like to see by utilizing local sister public MLS sites.  Our job is to set the appointments and guide them through the paperwork.  It is a win – win… for both parties!  And best of all - agents working in traditional Brokerages cannot compete as they are already splitting their commission with their Brokers!  The market is open for those Brokers who wish to offer rebates to buyers with very little thought to the competition!
